If I remember correctly, Tonto once shorted a small amount of Solv-Ex and that was posted over on the GIFS thread. People jumped to a lot of conclusions there. Now Tonto is a god on that thread. Mork's position, as you may recall, was not the result of a short. It was a sale not long, and a failure to deliver certificates.. If you eventually sell your RMIL, and have your broker sell it today and deliver the certs tomorrow, that is a sale not long (in your account). Mork claims Zapara failed to deliver certificates against Mork's sale, as promised.
