I think Halperin, no conservative ideologue, pretty much handled it on ABC this morning. In the face of several liberals running interference for the Clinton's, he said it out loud. Hell, yes it is damned serious. There are payments from foreign governments, acts that clearly appear to be responses to those payments, and the high dollar attorneys would be on the clock.

The appearance is that crimes were committed. Whether it can be proved in a court of law is a different matter.
