How so? The mine was sold 18 months before Hillary became secretary of state. Unless there is a time machine involved, of course...

And that was characteristic of many of the "scandals" of the Clinton years. For them to actually be a scandal, the timelines don't match up Or like with the huge pile o' bodies, the only discernible relationship with the deceased is that the Clinton's happened to have been in the same city at the time.

They only have the appearance of impropriety because the "facts" get changed. It is one important tool of ratf**king. Atwater and Rove brought this to a high art.
