Well, I'm not quite sure I agree. It takes alot of browsing to
pick out videos so I think the inventoryless drugstore
or whatever won't be where people go except when they know what they
want. Also it's going to take a goodly number of burners to burn
all those Divx disks, so having a drugstore do it might be kind of like having drugstores try to replicate Kinko's. Conceivably video
stores could even become more profitable if they can reduce their
inventory costs and maybe think of some good value adding services
they can offer...there have to be lots of possibilities.

But it could still be pretty bad for Vupda. The business will change
radically and who knows if they'll get it right.
