Archie & All,

If this guy is truly vacationing while the company he runs, and I use that term very loosely, is going down the tubes, then he deserves no consideration. I fully realize that it is the time of the year when most are caught up in the holiday festivities, and it's the time for family and reflection but Baker hasn't a clue. Right now he should be knee deep in solving this companies problems, if they are solvable, not basking in a vacation home, while his corporate family wonders what the hell is going on.

I have a question? A serious one because I don't know. Who fires Baker? Who has the ability to throw him out on his ear? Who in a company this size has the authority to make that move?

This guy has to be long on B--- S--- and short on ability. My beagle has more leadership ability than this guy. At least when the beagle gets the smell of the hunt he has enough sense to call the pack for help in locating the prey. Baker can't even get the smell and if he did he wouldn't know what to do with it.

I think the whole triumverate should be ousted. Unfortunately they probably don't care because our money lines their pockets and they are laughing all the way to the bank.

Just my thoughts, and not all of them.
