Mike, I understand that, but I feel your avoiding my question.. What was his answer about those idiots? Why didn't he go after Zapara? Why did he go after OVIS/RMIL, when I know, as well as you should, by now, that the Palco deal wasn't the reason this stock went to 4. Other news has been more sig. and hasn't had any kind of impact like that. His lawsuit, as I have only seen his press release, is pure BS. RG, imo, is not in cahoots with anyone, yet he and the rest of us were named in the lawuit as Jon Does. F-him, I do know some of the legal BS and he is treading on nothing more then the ability to sue. Again, JMO. See this is good conversation guys. Rob
