NanoTech Acquires Mobile Application Developer UpLink.to Acquisition Provides Expansion of NanoTech Communications Mobile Application Development "SAN JOSE, Calif., April 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ 12:17 ET -- NanoTech Entertainment (OTCPINK: NTEK), announced today that is has completed the Acquisition of Mobile Application Developer UpLink.to. Under the agreement UpLink.to founder Mark S. Morris will become president of the NanoTech Communications mobile application subsidiary. UpLink.to products including PhotoUpLink and VideoUpLink will become NanoTech branded products and sold under the NanoTech Communications label. Morris will head up the development and release of updates to NanoTech Communications' RingZones product as well as the release of upcoming products, including 4K video apps that leverage both the UpLink.to automated media file management technology as well as NanoTech's 4K Ultra HD technology.
