No it isn't. Its a list of rail lines where revenue is higher than operating expenses, not total costs. (And I understand that railroads often lump borderline costs in to capital costs rather than operating costs when such calculations are done).

Tough. There aren't profitable airlines either..........why don't wingers say anything about them?
