If the money comes from the government as a handout paying a portion in ancillary taxes such as sales tax is a meaningless measure. They are simply takers, users and noncontributory. That is what I am talking about.

Are you saying these people don't buy food, clothing, gas or anything else? Seriously. Because everyone I know, rich or poor, buys things and they pay a sales tax that helps run the gov't. If they rent, they help pay property taxes for a bldg. which is used to run the gov't. What the hell are you talking about?
