I have many "negro" friends who are for from dogs, although having worked many ghetto areas I understand what you have seen. I just don't feel it represents the majority. Hiring practices have screwed up many departments and agencies. It was my job to clean up the bad in every color. Along the way I discovered many gems of all colors. I believe the blacks have become a victim of their own wishing to have their own culture. They sort of created it themselves. Years ago the average was more well spoken. They have intentionally dumbed down their "culture" . However, in the middle of the worst cities I have seen the duplexes in which we would enter one that was a pig sty , counterfeit money, guns and cocaine, pictures of toddlers on piles of hundred dollar bills and on the next side a well dress little girl playing jump rope, with iron fencing and windows separating them from the vile. Many of the men who worked for me were black and of high integrity and I often trusted them with my life. Colonel West is an example of a great man. So I find it hard to use such a broad brush. I believe the limousine liberals who think they know more than everyone else and cause much of the problems with their social engineering. It is a complex issue that cannot be ignored o treated with money. In fact I believe the withdrawal of free money is more likely a positive agent for change. I have to talk to a woman about something more interesting now but will continue the dialogue with you on a later date. Trust me, I do not make excuses for anyone and have taken many of the streets and taken the badges of those who were posers and used their positions for corrupt reasons. TG
