it starts with the school system. break up the teachers union. putting in qualified teachers would be a major step. no matter how much money you throw at city schools we end up without making any progress. next we need some type of system that is parental. Most of these kids are being brought up by gangs, drugs , etc. the school system is one major role however we need to follow up on after school care.

where have all the trade schools gone to. can't we provide technical training to those once they have learned reading writing and arithmetic? Maybe we have the wrong educational programs in our cities.?
