That is what I was thinking. I think Mork is probably smarter, especially after reading this thread. His case would be thrown out if even 10 of us showed up to testify as to why we bought. It wasn't Palco. Proving the company ran the price up for anyone would be almost impossible, and he should know that. I mean he is going to need more evidence then some press releases to get that decision.
