Although, I have heard rumors about a buyout, I have wondered why would anyone want to buy this company? They have good management; but they are not in a vertical niche market, nor do they have high tech expertise that someone else could not hire from elsewhere. Their performance has been respectable and the revenues will probably grow with Windows NT etc, but the product offering does not have the bells/whistles/glitter that would tempt anyone to pay a premium and buy the company. I guess the stock price will need to grow based on earnings and/or industrial press(if they get some). Any comments?
