Apologize for the ALL CAPS WARNING in the previous post ... don't mean to alarm anyone. Not that I don't continue to believe that the warning was/is valid ... Equity look very scary here ... PTB are clearly in the process of making a significant shift ... based on market action. My guess is the Fed recently met and decided to covertly tighten by raising rates on the thirty year bond. With the Dollar, Bonds, Equity, Gold, and possibly even crude moving lower - liquidity is clearly being drained. The duration of sideways movement so close to the top suggests significant distribution and the formation of a very significant top - assuming we break lower from here. Which I continue to think we will ... think successive 30 to 50 point S&P days ... However, since the equity move higher was clearly driven by the liquidity hose - it can just easily be turned 'ON' as it is to turn 'OFF'. The key is be like the banks - get inside information - absent that the best you can do is follow their tracks which I believe can be ascertained via movements in the above mentioned markets. For now ... it ain't looking good for the bulls ...as I've mentioned ... I should pull together an indicator that factors in movements of those five markets and plot it against equity ... so much to do ... Good Luck Everyone .... The weather may well get nasty straight ahead ...
