I can tell your angry because you write these one page paragraphs. :-))

Last time after reading your post, I was going to sell. The stock went up to 16+ and as usual, got greedy and stayed.

Today, after reading your post, which by the way, couldn't be more accurate, I'm contemplating on selling tomorrow at the market. Regardless of the price. The tax loss would be a nice deduction when fileing my taxes.

I have to agree with you, managment stinks. Does the term "managment crisi" come to their mind. Did they ever prepare themselves for worst case secnario, such as this, as to what actions and by whom are needed to take place?

As to the big three being able to pull down cost as soon as someone asked, as much as I agree with you that managment should know it's cost, comparing GM to OXHP is unfair. Granted the incompetence of managment, however, thier costs are not fixed to the same level as the big three automakers, no?
