Spect, the reason why you may be confused is because I am confused.

This is the third time I have seen Oakt go to $7 in the last year and a half. And, every time I think that it will not go higher it does. However, this time, I am a little more leary. Especially when I called IR a week ago and have'nt heard from anyone. THat does not do much for developing confidence.

To answer your question, I am undecided about whether or not I am long on Oak. I believe that the performance of the stock will be a result of 2 things. First, the Asian economy and the impact it has on the overall world economy. And, second, how the whole DVD thing shakes out. The sock is having a tough time breaking through $6. However, volume has been strong and the stock is not moving. That obviously is not good.

I think that the company obviously has potential. And, if the economy continues to be strong, I would see no reason why we would'nt see $12 again in the next 6 months. However, I currently am not accumulating any additional shares. I want to see the overall market settle down a little before I decide if I am a buyer or not, short term and long term.
