I personally love the idea of owning a company where Paul can put his best ideas to work. Not only does he have the opportunity to pursue private placements in public equity (Intema) but, as with Lite Access, he can also tap the private equity market. The Intema investment is already up 140% and the warrants are up 20% as well. Paul has shown as astute ability to analyze micro cap companies that are under every one else's radar and on the cusp of rapid growth. His track record speaks for itself. Once the new of the transformation of BZI gets out - it's not just an app accelerator anymore! - the market should take notice. I also like the fact that Paul has a substantial investment in BZI with personal and family funds - what more incentive do you need to succeed and be a good steward of money. As a US investor, I have a hard time finding brokerages where I can hold my PP's in Canadian penny stocks. With BZI, I have the ability to play these markets and have Paul manage the positions as well. Jim
