1) MSFT takes over ORCL, and Nscp sink

2) Sunw will give up its UNIX business , merge with CPQ. All current unix based harware
user will be upgraded to NT based hardware , UNIX dispaaears.
CPQ buy one of those network company . The new CPQ will be a full scale IT company.
