Gersh.. You may have an expertise but your conclusions are speculation as to how. So when you can provide that detail then including accidental then I'll side with those trying to enforce. Which I don't think they all sat down and said to themselves once the pursuit began and those on bikes did a quick response.. to say.. HEY.. HEY.. does this meet probable cause... or perhaps were they riding like heck..then getting involved as someone was supposed to have made the decision.

I'll be interested on learning what another saw or thought they saw to determine there was probable cause. Was he handed something? Hand off something.. Toss something? I'm much too distant and so are you. IMO

A plausible theory would be that one of the bicycle cops kicked him in the back of the neck to bring him down.

While that is a grave injury, the blows that killed the victim were delivered in the van or at one of the stops where they removed him from the van and then returned him.
