Like I said .. theory. I would have to figure out how else the damage took place based on fresh information that hasn't been released yet.

Officials with more access to the evidence clearly have better information. They ruled it homicide.

Now .. why was he running? Did he toss something? All unfounded speculation here. All attempts to justify homicide by the police.

That's not an American value. Covering up and supporting murder in public is not an American value. It is a radical extreme value. Not center America.
