HELLO.. the ruling of a homicide from the medical examiner means?

What was ruled out? Was it an accidental homicide? OH that's right they got up that morning and said we are going out to kill that kid. Just as they attempted to suggest with Michael Brown and the DON"T SHOOT hands UP.. how about some 300 lb kid doesn't charge a police officer.

I'll say what I have said to another.. As one who sees police officers on bikes doing their jobs often.. They respond.. And when they respond they quick react. They don't hold a conference to determine hey guys did the take down meet probable cause. OR when they tried to restrain the kid did one say.. HEY hold him so I can step on his neck. How about the kid was fighting them because he was FLEEING and then RESISTING?

Someone made that decision to pursue. Someone put the call out.. And at some time that will be decided if the decison was correct or not. Here and now someone is saying it was a false arrest.

That too will play out. I'm sure there will be plenty to say.. we were just standing around discussing the new release of the SOUND OF MUSIC and that police targeted X

And to arrest was because there was no probable cause.

That too will play out.

Years ago my brother was pursued due to some drug deal. He got off on some technicality. Can't remember if it was no probable cause. He was guilty as sin. He was just very smart and although many years later he straightened himself out. Those police officers in pursuit were attempting to do their job..Rid the streets of some jerk who was selling.

Can a police officer be wrong and do wrong. OH YEAH.. I also was a victim of such many years ago. But I didn't run.. I sure as hell didn't resist and after I had the chit kicked out of me I never held it against the majority because of the actions of one.

Oh and my dad kicked the chit out of me after because he believed what was being said. Which when proven wrong took him some 30 years to acknowledge. You see everyone wants to believe what they want to believe. FACTS be damned. The kid ran for a reason and if all were being honest that would be known.

So I'm not blind to when there can be a wrong. But I am too street wise to charge SIX.. Three of them on bikes..another driving?
