Good Morning Margaret,

I could not believe that for a while this morning, I was not sure what weekday it was.
I was not certain if it was Thursday or Friday.
I think maybe I need some more sleep. Anyway, it may be another rough day as overseas the Tokyo financial markets suffered a 5% setback

HK stocks close sharply off on Wall St, Tokyo woes

HONG KONG, Dec 19 (Reuters) - Hong Kong stocks closed sharply lower after gapping down at the open on negative Wall Street and Tokyo sentiment, but brokers said a minor pre-holiday rally was possible next week.

''We gapped down to a new level at the open, then traded in a narrow range for the remainder of the day,'' said Glenn Lesko, head of equities trading at ABN AMRO HG Asia. ''It was global
circumstances that brought us down, nothing Hong Kong specific.''

The Hang Seng Index closed 348.30 points, or 3.24 percent, lower at 10,405.81, but off the day's low of 10,352.68.

I hope that you will have a nice Friday

Very warm Regards
Frank
