M-Vac continues to receive good PR, certainly in the Utah area..

And they continue to receive growing interest in their DNA sampling technology which is far superior (1800%) to traditional Forensic Swabs..

The author of this article quite rightly pointed out the original intention for M-Vac, namely improving food safety by better food processing inspection..

But that's going to take a national incident of food contamination so widespread that food processors will not be able to avoid the calls for greater food safety regulation. They know the M-Vac will make them have to better sanitize their processing plants in order to beat it's sampling technology.

It's more expensive than swabbing, but what's the cost to having to have a multi-million recall when processing lines get contaminated? Or they get sued for millions because people get sick, and/or die?

How will they explain away the fact that there was a better pathogenic sampling technology and they refused to use it?

In the meantime, M-Vac will continue to focus on Forensic DNA sampling and solving tough, and heinous, crimes.
