* about Linux again *

I am using Slackware3.2 (April, 1997), only because it seems to set more things up for you and I have friends who are more familiar with it. I installed RedHat once and it seemed harder, but that was over a year ago. It is still changing fast. I think this is my 3rd-4th installation. Also, I bought a S3 video card with a new chip set and had to download a newer S3 X server for it to work. I don't know if RedHat will let you do that for free.

I have never installed Linux over the network, but I have it on my secondary hard drive right now. You can email me if you'd like.
