More ruminations: probably of little value

And while we're on the topic of screwing up, I notice that AT&T hit a 52 week high yesterday. Yep, I had that one nailed in August with ultra cheap January calls which still have a FREAKING month left to go at 39, but figured it was played out by 46. So, instead of taking a 12 bagger, I got a big triple. Anyone know how tough it's been to find a winner like that in the second half of this year?

Where did all of this derail? How could we go from having the next Intel to having Cymer?

When is someone going to take Barton Biggs out and suffocate him with old copies of Barrons?

Anyone notice that this decline started with the latest Barrons trash? Which I totally discounted, much to my chagrin.

Where is Darrell Smith in all of this? Wonder if he's a buyer here. Darrell, if you ever read this thread any more, I'd love to hear from you. If you don't talk to us, I'll never give you another RMBS trade . And I do have one brewing in my mind right now.

Do all of these sound like the ramblings of an anguished, hung over IOM long? They are.

P.S. to Huibs: I'm sorry, man. I hope you're hanging in ok.
