There is no indication whatsoever this problem is going to level off. In fact, it is likely to continue to accelerate as fewer and fewer providers find it makes financial sense to continue seeing Medicaid patients. And as pressures to cut Medicaid budgets continue to mount as states become responsible for paying for the deal they made with the Obama devil.

The big picture couldn't be clearer: Obamacare was to reduce costs be limited ER visits for primary care. The effect has been precisely the opposite. And there is, frankly, not one thing to be done about it short of repealing the horrible, horrible law.
