George, to expand on what Coz wrote... the old public Avalon shares were converted to Stayhealthy shares at a price of .25 and a 1:8 ratio, so those of us who once held AVAL in effect paid $2.00/share by not accepting the .25 buyout price. (Many years ago, I realized that Rick McBride -- remember him? -- had the right idea.) If you were here in 1997, you must have had AVAL like Caly, Claudia, Mads and a few others of us.

There was also a Rule 504 offering in 1998 or 1999 where some people purchased shares privately at $2.00/share, which predated the Series A $1.30/share offering that Coz referred to. Series B was also sold at $1.30. Beginning a few years later, when the company was circling the drain after the Amerisource Bergen and Petters debacles, a lot of shares were sold at .25. There might have been some sold at .50 as well, I don't recall.
