the insiders report won't show anything until 2-3 months later.I have some decent contacts and they are buying. you'll have to take my word. i don't know % of institutional holdings but i believe its high 40's and managemnt is around 10%. i am hearing some more rumblings that a positive settlement with kaz looks very good. problem is when?
