RBM, GIFS management and Gayle Essary of StreetLevel both promoted that I was a shorter of the GIFS stock, plus additional intriguing
illegal involvements with the company. (jewel thief, corporate spy...)

This was a diversionary tactic by them to change the focus of the S.I. board, and the attention of the shareholders. The answer to your question is no, I never shorted GIFS. I was a shareholder who through continual diligence learned early on that GIFS was a scam run by a felon who's personal history, along with the corporation's own releases, were materially untrue.
