Lets put it this way I was on the phone the MINUTE I saw that release. MIDL or rather New Departure was unaware of that but it explains why the brokerage houses where reluctant to support the stock. New Departure I mean MIDL is handling this senario I grant you. Brokers are being contacted and so forth. This was absolutely unexpected. I found out as did the new management by a broker in New York who was analizing the company. Apparently the two on staff were not guilty of criminal offneses but still they have other civil action to face. MIDL's New Management are NOT happy campers right now. In the mean time I will accumulate and wait. BELIEVE me it has taken a few by surprise. Me included but there are no SEC investigations or anything against MIDL what so ever. Also I have talked to brokers that are accumulating also and they are not worried they thought it was over years ago. But they like I are still strong and long. Once MIDL corrects this senario other brokers are going to be coming in as MIDL continues its upward path. Thanks GB
