SUNE's rising stock price is an absolute mystery to me. Reminds me of 2000 all over again where stock prices had absolutely nothing to do with actual earnings.

SUNE got future losses in earnings? Who cares!!! Lets buy more.

Among all that news today was a rational buyout price for MCRL buy MCHP. The buyout price was actually only 3.7% above MCRL's trading price:

I bring this up because I think the chances of INTC buying ALTR remain slim.

The asking price is much too high to represent a real value to INTC shareholders.

When a company wants to be bought out like MCRL does by MCHP the asking price does not have to be tremendously inflated.
