If I recall correctly 40% of Israels water comes from desalinization.. A couple of days ago a main broke in the valley a few months ago one broke in the Westwood Area Our system is old and we in So Ca cannot afford to lose water,

Problem too many people are the masters of whoops . forget hindsight and we need foresight.
