Ian: These analysts really kill me. Seems they are just justifying there position sometimes. He says Dow maybe to 6000. Yet he says to stick with high quality. What is in the Dow generally ? High quality. No WCII, TGNT etc in Dow. Latin America ? What country can have an impact. Mexico ? Maybe he meant South America. What's there ? Brazil and possibly Argentina could be viable. We have states whose GNP is bigger than a couple of those Latin American countries put together. Eastern Europe ? Which country ? How long of an investment. Which quality companies ? As uncertain as TGNT is, I'd rather put money in that than a generic Eastern Europe. I'm surprised that TGNT hasn't weakened yet. I guess the bloom isn't off the rose yet. Merrill Lynch expert my foot. Call M-L today and they'll flood you with companies that this guy warns against. Just recognized I ticked myself off. I do the same thing with those experts who make a two minute blurb on Wall street Week and are never held accountable. Well, I feel better. OK, I predict WCII goes up 1/2 to 3/4 today. ac
