Not only was it uninformed, he refused to own up to it and tried to baffle-garb his way past it. Predictably, it didn't work.

Not knowing that Greenspan was head of the Fed. Reserve is like not knowing Bill Clinton was president. In the 90s, Greenspan was nearly second to the president in importance and played a very public, notable role in American life.

It is ok to not know something. It isn't ok to try to weasel your way past it instead of owning it and promising to fix that deficiency.

As a test of character, Ben flubbed it.


Excellent point. Then again, what R does have any character?
