Your point would be correct if no one had ever produced cowboy stinkies, and you had no way of obtaining information on sales, manufacture and distribution costs, etc. However, if general and specific information are available in the market place, we have more than speculation on chances of success. Comparables don't necessarily tell the true story, but when properly evaluated, with adjustments made for new enterprise, financials, quality of management, etc., reasonable conclusions can be drawn as to the present value of forward looking assets. Gas and chicken fat disposal have ascertainable value, therefore, our gas wells and chicken fat wells have support for projecting net income. Thanks. |
