MLK was offensive to people who believed in racial segregation and white supremacy ... Gellar offends people who believe in Islamic supremacy and the death penalty for apostasy and blasphemy.

Frankly, killing people is more extreme and hateful than wanting separate drinking fountains or schools. So the people offended by Gellar are worse than the people offended by MLK. Killing people over cartoons ... now THAT is hateful. Shame on you for siding with them.

And I will ask you again exactly what is hateful about this cartoon?

"Let's be clear: the only reason the Texas event was associated with violence is that there are radical Muslims who are willing to shoot people over cartoons. To shift any blame for violence to the conference organizers is to reward this violent action. If Christians responded to an art show that they found offensive with violence, the media would call for a national conversation on Christian fundamentalism. But when radical Muslims do it, the national conversation is on hate speech." -- Philip Klein
