You are right long term but the economic and RE cycles are quite powerful and must continue to play out.. Weird it probably feels like mid 2006 already if you are in say the top 7% that owns all the stocks and all the nice premium RE bought cheap with free money that is now all reinflated beyond true value due to ZIRP. Certainly for the top 1% they have far surpassed 1929 and 2006 already. Most down the chain are still struggling. You and me know the real reasons why but if you are a staunch member of either party they can never see what really needs to be done
