Somethings you may be ignoring. New depreciation coming on line they could easily have just as much old depreciation (or more) dropping off the books as equipment gets fully depreciated. I think the value of the company is more on the basis of being acquired. I think other savvy semiconductor companys would look very favorablely at their market share and see that the price has been (or will be further beaten down and the price to acquire will not get much cheaper).
