Joe King, Thanks for your response. I agree with your point about their burn rate. Have you ever seen the equipment and the office space they have? It must cost a fortune every month to keep it running. They also have a lot of people running around that office. I think Ashton is probably licking their chops waiting for Mink to fail in their spending obligations, so that they can take this property off Mink's hands. That brings me to my first inquiry. HEY GEKKO!!! What happened to you?? Did your options run out or what???!!! Is the financing going through? At these prices it very tempting. Davey
