Mitch: I'll pick up your challenge about Deborah Peppers.
First, is she capable? Judging by her bio, it is very clear that Deborah Peppers is an unusually talented woman who has thrived in a male dominated industry.
Second, will she bring added value to NAMX? I believe you are correct regarding Magnolia. She has family connections that most oil industry CEO's dream of. Based on her memberships in several oil associations, she also doesn't shirk the onerous networking chores that today's rising executives have to pursue. She will bring NAMX to a higher level of credibility instantly. And she will help us make better deals with a wider range of companies. She's a big plus here.
Third, how will she complement the current management team? As a CPA, I believe that she will bring an attention to detail and financials that almost everyone who has been following this comapny has complained about. IMO, Dr. Stamm and Paul Ebeling's make a great technical and sales team. Deborah Peppers gives us a businesswoman who understands the bottom line and knows how oil companies operate.
I am not suprised that Dr. Stamm has chosen his wife as COO. Look at what the Aussies did to him when he had a hand's off policy. They practically ruined IMMM. As an investor who suffered under Boonen's malfeasance, I understand why Dr Stamm is keeping a tight hold on this company. And I applaud it.
