No, but you may end up paying 10 cents per paper bag (recycled paper, of course) every time you shop.
It's 25 cents now. More of an annoyance than anything, but it's also a constant reminder of how California government LOVES to micromanage our lives.

Still waiting for you to show just how Prop. 65 has supposedly saved lives.
