WTF are you talking about? Of course plastics bags are included in the recycling program.

That photo you provided also shows a lot of plastic water bottles, as well as fast food paper wrappers, paper cups, and produce bags.

Let's ban all of that as well. Cause you know, the wind won't stop blowing, so the less trash we generate, the better.

While we're at it, let's ban homelessness as well. Can't have people living out on the streets generating trash that the wind will carry.

And of course, let's keep Prop 65 in place, because it's helping so many people avoid those places that may have chemicals that cause birth defects. Like the local Starbucks that I just went to this morning. What a great help that Prop 65 sign was.

Bigger is better when it comes to government, as long as government can be trusted more than the people.
