Construction boom going on most everywhere those at the top wish to live, play or just diversify their huge nest egg. Can you top this is getting more insane than even the GWB years.. Only this time the little guy can't play at all.. In Florida is such a vast difference now between where the equity locusts and elites play versus where the working class that needs to go to work live.. Glad I still have my niche far away from the craziness cause all the new construction seems to be high end which is most sad of all given rents for the working class type homes with the real shortage are going up the most...
