Even though I'm far from being a fan of NBC News, when they came out with the story claiming to have independently developed it you have to think there is some basic for the claim. CIA people are going to lie sometimes. But you really don't want a president doing it.

The problem is the president wanted to tell "the story" before the election and the only way to do that was to lie about it. The way presidents dodge have to lie is to say, "We can't discuss the details of the operation." I was shocked when he came forth with those details, even for Obama I couldn't believe it.

But there was an election coming up and they wanted it to look good.

I'm still not convinced but I am "starting to wonder..."
