I'll bet principals, or a principal. Maybe it's wishful thinking, but the stock isn't acting like a stock expecting imminent bad news for the company itself. I certainly don't see no action, because McDaniel/PRST had to have negotiated the settlement. It's not the SEC it hurts to let the matter drag on forever, it's Presstek, and when you negotiate, you offer something. If I were he, I would've offered up an individual to save the company. (If you're an individual who owns a lot of stock, even a big fine that spares the company might not be hard to swallow.) AND: Maybe the Fuji alliance has been in the works for a while, but not announced until the SEC problem had been negotiated away as an issue. If Pierre is right about the SEC settlement being announced soon, the timing is suggestive.
