I would expect Q1 income to look something like this....

Revenue ...... $1.1mil
Gross Profit $ 374,000 based on a 34% GP which is just 2% higher then Q4
Expenses based on average monthly expense in 2014 x3 = $127,286 plus add 10% for increased expenses due to increased volume.= $140,014

$374,000 less expenses
$140,014 leaves income of
---------------------------------------
$233,986 Net Income

IBH gross margin is much skinnier at 18.5% and their market competition likely to keep them in that area. When speaking with LRL yesterday they really think they can get into the 40% GP range by focusing on the industrial side of their biz. The residential side of biz is at a lower GP due to same competition levels IBH has to endure.
I think it is entirely possible that LRL can earn over a million dollars net this year. Others out there might be better able to put a value to a company like that but I know one thing for sure it is NOT $4 mi. What is the usual formula for industrial stocks ?? 10 times earnings 15x earnings 20x earnings I am not sure there.
