RE MDR if the court ruling is favorable its a winner if not its a
loser. I've being involved with a few companies with disputes in
South America or Mexico and I believe the issue is still settled
by who bribes the highest official. Its a tough part of the world
to work. While I'm on hear look at Diaz- DAZ-V one of JR'S
Favorites. Looks like they may have a big Gas Well coming in by
early January.
