You continue handing control of this economy into the hands of the few because you don't know what the "one percent" really means. If you count the value of a pension a lot of the top 10 percent or even top 1 percent are retired local government employees. The current workers can easily be top 1 percent if you count the pension contributions made for them or esp. if you count the contribution required to safely be able to later pay out their contracted pension payments.
