I'm not talking about raising the 20% long term capital gain Tenny, but rather the 15% MAXIMUM carried interest rate on millions of dollars of personal income enjoyed only by Willard Romney and a handful of hedge fund managers...nobody else gets it.

A loophole deliberately written into the tax code and vigorously protected by politicians from both parties in return for very generous contributions....i.e. bribes.
