It doesn't say what you attributed to her. It is, however, like you said about the Obama quote. In fact, it runs along the same theme as Obama's quote, "You didn't build that. Someone else did."
"She believes that government practically OWNS a portion of what you make
because the infrastructure and the services that helped you do what you do are
owned by the people (a.k.a. government)."
This is closer but still doesn't capture her sentiment. She believes you benefitted and got rich from the common goods and services provided by others so you have an obligation to "pay forward" so others could benefit as you did. She doesn't say how much (tax) and she is an econ professor, so I'm sure she understands the concept of reasonable which means it shouldn't be enough to cause a hardship to the business. And it seems she believes this obligation to pay forward should be regulated by the government.

So who is this next kid who comes along? Does the tax get directed into a fund for small business development? That doesn't seem as bad as just spending on more social programs.

I looked but haven't seen anything about her being against private property or private enterprise except on hysterical blog posts. More like, "No man is an Island." I hold you to a higher standard.

All I said was I would rather see her on the Dem Platform than Hillary... I'd rather see almost anyone than Hillary. It's bad enough that I wouldn't vote for her but its no where near as bad as you said it is. I wasn't planning on voting for either one in any event.
